Pacificus Mediation is a boutique mediation practice. We specialise in commercial and workplace mediation, assisting businesses to avoid and manage internal disputes and facilitating the resolution of a broad range of domestic and international civil disputes.

Founders, Nikki Edwards and William Ingram Hill, are both experienced lawyers and business people, with a proven track record of resolving conflict. Their unique blend of legal and practical commercial experience is a valuable asset, especially when dealing with complex commercial disputes.

We evaluate each new matter carefully and make recommendations about process to ensure best results for the parties. It is not one size fits all. We pride ourselves in being dynamic and flexible, offering online and telephone mediation where appropriate, as well as co-mediation, where we can draw on our network of experienced mediators based around the world.
